Gabe Sylvestre

Gabe was absolutely awesome! I'm bringing all my friends back to sign up with him again! Actually going to plan to do this for my bachelor party next season with Gabe! Can't wait!

Gabe was awesome, he knew all the dynamics of how everything worked which is something I don't think about as often as I should. We worked off of each other really well which made the experience so much better. Great time out there, and I learned a lot of what my goals for the day were. Can't be happier with the outcome!

Gabe is a fantastic trainer. I had never snowboarded before and I felt confident on the board within a couple hours of his training. He is very good at tailoring the lesson to your interests and skill level. I highly recommend.

I was thoroughly impressed with Gabe's professionalism and ability to make a full day lesson (with altitude adjustment issues) fun, challenging and rewarding. It was my second day boarding and he had me riding like a pro (ok, not quite, but I was linking turns well). I didn't expect to progress so quickly, but with the small group class and attention for each of us, Gabe ensured the day was highly beneficial for all. I spotted Gabe a few other times on the mountain and would have to say everyone seems to love the way he teaches and thoroughly enjoys his lessons. Thanks Gabe :) you're a credit to Copper, and hope to see you there again next year.

I was thoroughly impressed with my lesson with Gabe. I had only gone snowboarding a handful of times prior to my lesson and had never progressed in my technique. Gabe was very personable and made the lesson a fun and comfortable atmosphere to learn. He was very patient but also knew when to push you to the next level. I progressed more than I ever thought I would just within one group lesson. Gabe is a great teacher and I was very pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend Gabe to anyone looking to advance their technique and overall confidence on a snowboard!

Solid instruction. He quickly figures out how you best learn and then focuses instruction to best suit you. Big gains in little time. Super chill and positive attitude.

Gabe is a great teacher because he's a great listener. He listened intently to what my desires and questions were and quickly came up with answers that clearly informed my limited knowledge. From there he gently moved me into improving my new found skills. He's incredibly passionate about helping, teaching and connecting (not just turns).

He did a great job, he wasn't on the clock, but when I asked him about some tips for a jump, he gave me some after the jump, then offered to do a few runs with me. His advice on the different things in the park really helped out. He was also nice and seemed chill.

Patient, skills and knowledge! Gabe has it all. For all the lessons I took throughout the years in different locations with different instructors, Gabe impressed me the most. His help is so genuine. My own equipment failed at the beginning of the lesson, he help 100% fit a rental right away. Also suggest what might be a good choice for upgrading in the future. It has been so much fun with him on the slopes, he enpower!!!!
