About
I have been involved in the Snowboard Industry from its’ infancy. I started riding way back in 1985 and began instructing at Campgaw in 1990. I took over as the Snowboard Director in 1994 and helped build one of the most reputable Ski Schools on the East Coast. I got my PSIA Snowboard Level I certification in 1996 and became the first ever snowboarder from Campgaw to receive both the AASI Level III certification as well as a USASA Level 200 coach cert. For the past 6 years, I've been the Snowboard Race Director for Team Campgaw Snowboarding. Our program has been integral in building back up Alpine Snowboarding on the east coast. I've coached numerous top 10 finishes in USASA Nationals over the past 5 years including 2 Golds, 2 Silvers and a Bronze in Alpine Snowboarding Events and took home a Silver Medal myself for GS in the 2012 USASA Nationals….. in soft boots! :)
I've worked for Telemundo for the past 15 years - the last 7 as Art Director and have won 4 Emmy Awards and been nominated over 15 times as a motion graphics artist and editor. Not that I'm boasting about that.... it's just WAY cool to say! :)
