About
I'm Laura, currently 20 years old and I've been teaching snowboarding for six seasons, going on my seventh. I taught at Wachusett Mountain for five years and have now moved on to working at Mount Snow. I started to teach at a very young age and have grown as a rider because of it. I connect with young kids and love to teach them, but I find myself equally enjoying lessons with teens and adults. I've had experience teaching with different kids freestyle teams, and have taught kids from never snowboarding before to the freestyle level. I teach snowboarding simply because it makes me happy to keep the sport I love growing and expanding to different generations of people. It also is a huge reason why I've developed into the person, rider, and teacher I am today. I have a passion to do this, and don't think I could go a season without teaching.
