I'm a mental health therapist, ski coach for high school ski racers, and beer league connoisseur. I mountain bike, race triathlons, backpack, coach and play lacrosse when the snow is not on the ground. Spending time with my wife and my dog generally is when I'm most at peace, unless I'm ripping a fresh pow dump in a peaceful glade, then that's the most at peace on the planet I'm fairly certain.
