- John is a level II Alpine Ski Instructor certified by the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA).
- He has been on the staff of Mount Peter's Mountain School since 2003.
- When not on snow you can find him enjoying time with family and friends, cycling roads & trails, hiking, paddle sports or sailing.
