About
There is little in life as enjoyable as a good ski run, and I make it my goal to share that joy. I want to help other people learn to have as much fun as I do. Some people need to be pushed, and others need patience and empathy when learning new skills. I'll adapt accordingly and ensure that you have a smile on your face through the entire lesson, and leave with a new appreciation of the sport.
After a few years out West, I've returned to the East Coast for one last season. I'm progressing toward my long term plan of retiring to teach skiing full-time by 2020. In addition to teaching skiing, I enjoy backcountry skiing and guiding, mountain search and rescue, and ski photography. I also design skis, and you'll likely see me using a pair of skis I designed myself.
